Com tantas mudan\u00e7as no mercado, a converg\u00eancia entre todos os canais de atendimento utilizados por uma empresa, me perguntava a todo momento: como a pesquisa n\u00e3o se moderniza no mesmo ritmo, ainda apresentando resultados quase 20 dias ap\u00f3s o processo de compra?&#8221;, frisa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A uni\u00e3o SKS e Checker era, segundo a especialista brasileira, um objeto de desejo de trabalhar com os inovadores israelenses. &#8220;\u00c9 como estar com o Waze da pesquisa de mercado. Stella conta que, entre as novidades trazidas pela parceria, est\u00e1 a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, em uma \u00fanica plataforma, dos resultados de diferentes metodologias de pesquisa com os consumidores sobre sua jornada de compra feita de forma online, por aplicativos, SMS, c\u00f3digo de barras, telefone ou visita presenciais.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al\u00e9m de unir os resultados, a tecnologia permite \u00e0 empresa saber em tempo real, por exemplo, o que o consumidor falou, de dentro da loja, sobre o atendimento. Do outro lado, o executivo da marca pode receber em seu celular a informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que algo n\u00e3o foi satisfat\u00f3rio para o consumidor naquele momento, sendo poss\u00edvel que ele compartilhe com os demais membros do time e trace estrat\u00e9gias para reverter o quadro.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>O status \u00e9 atualizado a cada minuto e consegue capturar desde a percep\u00e7\u00e3o do consumidor na loja f\u00edsica (se ao chegar na loja o cliente encontra a vendedora falando ao celular, por exemplo, at\u00e9 aspectos como o acesso dos produtos nas prateleiras) e no e-commerce (as facilidades e os entraves no processo de compra). O feedback que as empresas d\u00e3o aos clientes tamb\u00e9m faz parte da experi\u00eancia de consumo pesquisada. &#8220;O modelo de pesquisa mudou.
