Smiling Report in Brazil<\/h3>\n

In 2008 I had the pleasure to meet Veronica Boxberg Karlsson from AB Better Business for the first time . It was delightful to know I was not the only one crazy in love with Mystery Shopping!<\/p>\n

Shopper Experience is a Brazilian Company and despites all the crisis, political and economic chaos, Brazilians are famous for \u2026\u2026..smiling all the time! Yes, you can Google, read a guide, you will always find: \u201cBrazilian people are nice and easy, very happy and easy graders.\u201d<\/p>\n

But even being a \u201cNatural smiling people\u201d, this fact does not happens all the times during services and shopper experiences. And in Brazil, that\u00b4s a fatal mistake!
\nSo when Better Business offered us the opportunity to join the Global Research \u201cSmiling Report\u201d, we thought that was the most perfect tool to show Brazilian entrepreneurs, sales people, managers, etc. how we are all losing sales inside our own business.<\/p>\n

Shopper Experience joined the Smiling Report in 2011 and in the beginning we were low profile in spreading the results. Shopper Experience has been a good source for the media for many years, cause, as we are \u201ccrazy about Mystery Shopping\u201d, most of the time we have very interesting news to share. But, big surprise, guess what happened?<\/p>\n

Last year Brazilian media fell in love with Smiling Report and we had requests from all over the country for interviews. Smiling Report was on the most important TV Night News, newspapers, magazines, internet, websites, etc. More than a 130 different media vehicles talking about the Smiling Report and its\u2019 results.<\/p>\n

If you ask me to answer you shortly how we succeed in doing this, my answer is short also:
\nFirst of all: Shopper Experience believes in the Smiling Report and a lot!<\/p>\n

Second: we invested our time with pleasure to spread the results around the country, we are always ready to talk to the media!
