Criada em 2003, no Rio Grande do Sul, como uma oportunidade para potencializar os neg\u00f3cios e para fomentar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de fidelidade entre consumidores e comerciantes, a data ganha uma conota\u00e7\u00e3o diferente em meio \u00e0 pandemia da Covid-19. A minha reflex\u00e3o \u00e9 que diante de rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo alteradas, naturalmente existe um impacto consider\u00e1vel na forma que devemos vivenciar esse dia. No calend\u00e1rio do com\u00e9rcio, 15 de setembro \u00e9 a ocasi\u00e3o para enviar um brinde ao cliente, criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es diferenciadas de pagamento, surpreender com mimos criativos. Em 2020, n\u00e3o preciso nem dizer que o clima pede outro tipo de atitude! E, o que seria adequado?\u00a0<strong>Humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o das rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo!\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mesmo com a necessidade de conduzir atendimentos com m\u00e1scaras e adotando as prote\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas, n\u00e3o devemos deixar a data passar em branco. Podemos sorrir com os olhos; ter atitudes afetuosas que mostrem o quanto nos importamos com os nossos clientes. Fa\u00e7o esse alerta, porque tenho observado que, com a prote\u00e7\u00e3o facial, muitos lojistas e atendentes perderam a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de trazer a gentileza para o cotidiano do atendimento. Sinto como se a tristeza e a incerteza desse momento tivessem contaminado a nossa capacidade de ser gentil, sol\u00edcito e otimista. A humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o requer brindes caros; ela demanda, na verdade, um resgate do que existe de mais bacana no brasileiro: a resili\u00eancia para enfrentar adversidades com altivez e alegria.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 mais de tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas atuo com pesquisas conduzidas por clientes ocultos. Sempre quando concluo um projeto, costumo ministrar um\u00a0<em>workshop<\/em>\u00a0para as equipes de vendas; nessa ocasi\u00e3o, sempre h\u00e1 a mesma discuss\u00e3o: venda adicional,\u00a0<em>follow up<\/em>, fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Ningu\u00e9m fala sobre como tornar o atendimento mais humano! Tem muita equipe que n\u00e3o entende a import\u00e2ncia de olhar o cliente e as suas necessidades; de enxergar a singularidade.\u00a0<strong>A pandemia nos mostrou a urg\u00eancia dos valores mais humanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posso dizer que as boas pr\u00e1ticas est\u00e3o em todos os lugares e podem servir de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o para trazermos mais humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o para o nosso cotidiano. Ontem, fui \u00e0 feira do bairro; quando voltei para a casa, arrumando as frutas, vi um\u00a0<em>post it<\/em>\u00a0no mam\u00e3o. Uma mensagem simples, na qual me agradeciam por eu ter escolhido aquela barraca. Confesso que meus olhos se encheram de l\u00e1grimas. Um gesto singelo; um bloquinho; uma caneta e 30 segundos. Nada mais do que isso para uma atitude que fez meu dia melhor. Claro que me fidelizou; claro que \u00e9 uma iniciativa de humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o das vendas. E, claro, que cada mam\u00e3o vendido conta para esse feirante. E conta para mim, cliente.
